Pibble Presents is a company in SST Inc., which is an incubator for technology companies and start-ups in the School of Science and Technology, Singapore.

App refers to any app developed by Pibble Presents or SST Inc. on the App Store, Google Play Store or any other service.
Service refers to the Application or Website.
Country refers to Singapore

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
To manage Your Account if the Service you are using requires registration (e.g. SST Open House App), Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
To contact You the Service may contact you through mediums such as email and mobile application's push notifications regarding updates, informative communications related to the functionalities, errors and crashes when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

With Service Providers We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to contact You.
With Affiliates We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. With Business partners We may share Your information with Our business partners to offer You certain products, services or promotions.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Google User Data Protection (Google Sheets & Google Slides APIs)
Data Protection
The security of your Google user data, including data accessed through Google Sheets and Google Slides, as well as any information that can be linked to such data, is important to us. However, it is important to note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Google user data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our application only requests access to two Google API scopes, namely https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.readonly, which provides read-only access to Google Sheets data, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/presentations, which allows access to Google Slides presentations.
Accessing and Using Google User Data
Our application accesses Google user data solely for the purpose of providing its core functionality. Data from Google Sheets is accessed in read-only mode and is used only to display or process spreadsheet content within the application. Similarly, data from Google Slides is accessed only to allow viewing or interaction with presentation content as required by the application’s features.
All Google user data is accessed only after the user has explicitly granted permission, and such data is used strictly within the application.
Data Storage
We do not store Google user data on external servers. Any data accessed through Google APIs is processed locally on your device. We do not permanently store, cache, or maintain copies of your Google Sheets or Google Slides data outside of your device.
Data Sharing
We do not share, transfer, or disclose your Google user data to any third parties. Your data remains private and is not transmitted outside of the application, except where necessary to securely communicate with Google’s official APIs.
Derived or Linked Data
Information that can be derived from or linked to your Google user data, such as processed outputs, summaries, or visual representations, is handled with the same level of protection as the original data. Such information is primarily processed locally on your device. In situations where derived data must be transmitted for application functionality, it is done only through secure, encrypted connections and handled using trusted systems. Appropriate measures such as encryption, hashing, and salting are applied to ensure the confidentiality, security, and privacy of both the derived data and the original Google user data.
Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Google user data. These measures include secure authentication through Google’s systems, encryption of data during transmission, and restricting access strictly to the data necessary for the application’s functionality. These safeguards ensure that your Google user data remains confidential, secure, and private at all times.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.
